Dickos Peterson & Metz Real Estate Company is the result of the merger of three highly acclaimed real estate offices within the city of Wabash. MC Dickos Realty began in 1963 and was owned and operated by Chris and Milt Dickos. The brothers sold their interest to David Metz in 1987.

Thomas Peterson’s father, George Peterson, introduced the first real estate company to Wabash in 1948. Tom took control of the company in 1960 and David Metz acquired the business in 1996.

David organized D.R. Metz, Inc. in 1980 immediately upon graduation from Indiana University at Bloomington with a BS degree in business and a concentration in real estate administration. All three real estate companies became one with the 1996 acquisition of Peterson, Wabash Realty.

David and Suzie (Ravenscroft) were married in 1988. Suzie obtained her real estate license in the mid 1990’s and took control of the business in 1998. Thus, Suzie has been the owner and principal broker of the company since taking control. Suzie also obtained a BS degree from Indiana University at Bloomington while majoring in marketing and graduating in 1983. Her educational background has proven instrumental with the enormous success of the business.
