Meet Our Agents
Suzie Metz is the
owner and principal broker of Dickos Peterson & Metz. She is a lifelong resident of Wabash
attending and graduating from Wabash High School. Her father, Earl Ravenscroft, operated a successful insurance agency
and held a real estate broker license for many years in Wabash. Her brothers, Tim and Jeff, own Midwest
Modular Homes specializing in the construction of modular dwellings. Suzie earned her bachelor’s degree in
business from Indiana University at Bloomington while majoring in
marketing. She graduated from IU in
1983 and, after residing in Bloomington for a short time, came home to Wabash
in 1987. Suzie married David Metz, a
highly regarded real estate appraiser, in 1988. In 1998, Suzie became the sole owner of the business and has had

Marie Lloyd is also a
lifelong resident of Wabash attending and graduating from Southwood High
School. Marie’s maternal family is very
well known within Wabash County as the founders and owners of Lengel’s Gun
Shop. Although the gun shop no longer
exists, the Lengel name continues to remain in high regards within the
community. Marie is not only a
successful real estate agent; she is a bright and knowledgeable real estate
appraiser. Marie spends a tremendous
amount of time watching and analyzing market conditions and is considered by
many of her peers as an expert within the local market. Marie’s mother is a mortgage loan officer
